Hendy BYD Christchurch were great. The unfortunate thing is when started the process to purchase vehicle through HPloan we had asked if the car could be fully valeted which was agreed. When collecting vehicle it hadn't been was still dog hair in back of car and dirty makes inside and out. But the manager come over and said to drive it for a few weeks then return and they would do a valet.

Staff were all friendly, professional and very thorough. Have already recommended them to several people. Got a great deal on a new car, they couldn’t have been more helpful, really appreciate all the effort taken to explain all the differences with each model, so we made the right choice. Jack is a brilliant manager and James was a really helpful salesman. Both are a credit to the company!
